New Product Launch
Morningside has launched Vensir XL Hard Capsules (Venlafaxine) in both 75mg and 150mg strengths into the UK and Republic of Ireland markets.
These products hold marketing authorisations with MHRA, UK and Irish Medicines Board in Ireland.
Morningside has also launched: Levonorgestrel 150mcg / Ethinylestradiol 30mcg (Levest), Buprenorphine 2mg and 8mg tablets, Gabapentin 600mg and 800mg film coated tablets, Bicalutamide 50mg and 150mg film coated tablets and Simvastatin 10mg, 20mg, 40mg and 80mg film coated tablets into the UK market in 2009.

Morningside has been awarded the NHS (England) contract for the supply of Levest as the preferred oral contraceptive pill of its type. Levest can be issued against both branded prescriptions for Levest and generic prescriptions for Levonorgestrel 150mcg/ Ethinylestradiol 30mcg.
